You Choose
Choose the meal plan of your choice. Then select from our variety of chef created meals. Our order deadline is every Wednesday by 8pm for Sundays delivery. New menu is uploaded every Sunday.

Frequently Asked Questions and Resources

Our meals are sourced with the best ingredients  – we take our food seriously (and so should you). 

Which meal bundle should I choose?Our meal bundles can be purchased in quanities of 6, 10, 14, and 21. Depending on how you plan your meals throughout the week, you are able to mix and match your breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
How do meal subscriptions work?Meal subscriptions will renew every Wednesday at 10 am. You have the flexibility to Skip, pause or cancel anytime before your renewal.
Do you deliver to my area?Check our Order Page to see if we deliver close by to you. Chances are, we do!
How often does your menu change?Our menu will change every other Monday at 11:00am, you have until Wednesday 8pm to place your orders.
What do I do with my cooler bag?The cooler bags are to be left outside the night before or morning of each delivery. Your meal bag is to be returned the follwing week to avoid any cooler fees.
What are the delivery days and deadline to order?Currently we are delivering every Sunday, the deadline to order is every Wednesday at 8 PM.
Do you have a pick up location?We have partnered up with Nutrishop St. Pete. You can pick your meals up or check out our grab & go cooler.

What is the shelf life of your meals?Our meals when stored properly can last up to 7 days. Please refrigerate the meals immediately when they are delivered.
