Our meal bundles can be purchased in quanities of 6, 10, 14, and 21. Depending on how you plan your meals throughout the week, you are able to mix and match your breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Meal subscriptions will renew every Wednesday at 10 am. You have the flexibility to Skip, pause or cancel anytime before your renewal.

Our menu will change every other Monday at 11:00am, you have until Wednesday 8pm to place your orders.
The cooler bags are to be left outside the night before or morning of each delivery. Your meal bag is to be returned the follwing week to avoid any cooler fees.
Currently we are delivering every Sunday, the deadline to order is every Wednesday at 8 PM.
We have partnered up with Nutrishop St. Pete. You can pick your meals up or check out our grab & go cooler.
